Meet Huey W. Spearman

- First and only African American Male from the Waycross Judicial Circuit to serve on the State Bar of Georgia Board of Governors from 1996 to 2007. (Retired).
- First African American Male to be appointed as County Attorney to the Ware County, Georgia Board of Commissioners, January, 2002 through January, 2010.
- First African American Male to be appointed as City Attorney to the City of Waycross, Georgia Board of Commissioners, February, 2010 to July, 2014.
